Mouthguards & Uniform Sales

Mouthguards & Uniform Sales will be available on Sunday the 16^th of March from 10 am till 1 pm.

$80 – Any colour with a receipt supplied for Private Health Fund Rebate

$70 – Any colour no receipt supplied Cash Only

Please note it would be greatly appreciated if you  pay cash on the day.

Mouth Guards will be ready for collection on the 4^th of April – Jumper Presentation Night

If you are unable to make it on the day you can contact Tara on 9778 6383 to arrange an appointment.

Please note that there are flyers circulating around other clubs offering Mouthguards at a more competitive price – please be cautious as these are not professionally produced and maybe not last the season.  Tara from Monahan Dental is a professional Prosthetic Dentist whom has worked with the club for a number of years.

Uniform Sales:

On and Off field wear will be available for Purchase .  I encourage you to please come and purchase your items on this day as Jumper Presentation Night is very hectic.  This also enables me to order any items you may need  and hopefully they will be available prior to the commencement of the season.

EFTPOS facilities available for Uniform sales.

Season 2014 Online Registration

The Club has now introduced Online Registration.  This is a very simple and quick way to register online from home whether you are a existing member of the club or a new member.  Please see below the steps to complete the online registration.

Ferntree Gully Eagles exisitng players:

You will need to enter your Username and Password you were allocated from the EFL for insurance registration last season.  If you do not have these details you will be able to enter your email address and the details will be emailed to you.  If you are having trouble obtaining these details please email This email address is being protected from spambots. Please note that the club fee and EFL insurance Fee will be done in one transaction.

To obtain the sibling discount you will need to register all players at the same time.

New Players to the Club:

The Club will need to enter your details into the Sporting Pulse data base.  Once this has been completed you will be sent an email containing your Username & Password and a Link to Online Registration.

Players Transfering from another Club:

Before the club can register you as a Ferntree Gully Eagles players we require to obtain a transfer from you previous club.

Click  on Documents at the top of the home page

Once the club has received the clearance to transfer your Username and Password will be emailed to you for Registration.

Please note that transfer clearances will not be available till early February through the EFL.

Registration Day - Season 2014

The Ferntree Gully Eagles Junior Football Club is holding its registration day for 2014 on the 8^th of December  between 10am -12noon at Picketts Reserve Cnr Commercial Rd & Burwood Hwy Ferntree Gully. All players welcome. The FTG Eagles field sides from Under 8s to U17s and also hope to have a girl’s side play in 2014.  We are in the process of completing our  online Registration where we ask all players to register and pay their fees and EFL player registration online , this will be available from the 8^th of December 2013 .   We will have computers onsite at registration day for you to Register if you do not have access to a computer. 1 child        -   $150 plus $11.00 EFL Registration

2 children   -   $230 plus $11.00 EFL Registration (per child)

Under 17's Season 2014

Dear U17s Player and Parent,

Whilst it seems that the 2013 season finished yesterday a great deal of planning for next season is required to ensure we are well prepared for season 2014. 

Ferntree Gully Eagles Junior Football Club is seeking an indication of how many players are likely to be playing next season that are eligible for the Under 17’s competition to ensure we provide opportunities for all prospective players born in 1997 or 1998.

 The appointment of suitable people for key roles such as Coach, Team Manager, Trainers etc… can only be clarified once we have a firm indication of how many teams will represent Ferntree Gully Eagles in the Under 17’s next season.

 We would like to invite you down to Wally Tew Reserve (Senior Ground) for a Sausage Sizzle at 6:00pm on Thursday 24 October, 2013. Information regarding pre season training, other information regarding possible grading options for 2014 will be shared and this meeting will provide an opportunity for you and your son to ask any questions regarding the upcoming season.

 Graham Gardiner has been appointed as coach of the Under 17 – 1 team for season 2014. As soon as we get an indication of player numbers we can further appoint our coaches and start planning for pre season and the 2014 season proper. Graham will provide a brief outline of pre-Christmas training and his expectations of any players wishing to challenge themselves in seeking a position in our highest graded side.

 Additionally, we have heard there is a bit of interest from prospective Under 17 players from other clubs in joining Ferntree Gully Eagles next season. Prospective new players are also most welcome to attend this meeting and see what they feel about the Ferntree Gully Eagles and the committee will be available to answer any questions or clarify the values of our club. 

 Please understand that this is not a firm commitment to play in 2014, but an indication of intent, to enable us to start planning and make further appointments. It is very important that we get as many players to attend as the indicative numbers will obviously affect decision making regarding teams. If you cannot attend but intend to play next season we request that you contact Graham to advise him of your availability.
